CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES D’UTILISATION – SECURITRUST

1. OBJET
SecuriTrust fournit des services de sécurité avec une obligation de moyens, mais sans garantie absolue contre les incidents.

2. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
SecuriTrust n’est pas responsable des vols, vandalismes, pertes financières, ni des actes de tiers. Les agents ne remplacent pas la police et n’ont pas d’obligation de résultat.

3. RESPONSABILITÉS DU CLIENT
Le Client doit assurer la sécurité des agents, informer des risques et souscrire sa propre assurance. SecuriTrust peut suspendre ses services en cas de non-respect.

4. ASSURANCES & RÉCLAMATIONS
SecuriTrust couvre uniquement les fautes avérées de ses agents de façon intentionnelle (façons accidentelles non-inclut). Aucune indemnisation pour dommages causés par des tiers. Réclamations sous 48h après incident.

5. RÉSILIATION & LITIGES
SecuriTrust peut résilier un contrat pour non-paiement ou force majeure. Litiges soumis aux tribunaux du Québec.

6. ACCEPTATION
L’utilisation des services vaut acceptation des présentes CGU.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE – SECURITRUST

1. PURPOSE
SecuriTrust provides security services with an obligation of means, but without absolute guarantee against incidents.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SecuriTrust is not responsible for theft, vandalism, financial losses, or the acts of third parties. The agents do not replace the police and have no obligation to achieve results.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client must ensure the safety of the agents, inform them of the risks and take out their own insurance. SecuriTrust may suspend its services in the event of non-compliance.

4. INSURANCE & CLAIMS
SecuriTrust only covers proven faults of its agents intentionally (not including accidental faults). Complaints within 48 hours after incident.

5. TERMINATION & DISPUTES
SecuriTrust may terminate a contract for non-payment or force majeure. Disputes submitted to the courts of Quebec.

6. ACCEPTANCE
Use of the services constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

SecuriTrust se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions à tout moment. Les modifications seront communiquées par e-mail ou par publication sur notre site web. L'utilisation continue de nos services après toute modification constitue votre acceptation des nouvelles conditions.

En cas de litige découlant de l'utilisation de nos services, les parties conviennent de tenter de résoudre le différend à l'amiable. Si un accord ne peut être atteint, le litige sera soumis à l'arbitrage conformément aux lois en vigueur au Québec.

Ces termes et conditions sont régis et interprétés conformément aux lois de la province de Québec, Canada.

SecuriTrust reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or by posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of our services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws in force in Quebec. These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
